HLX-I series

The HLX-I product series generate pulses at 1064 nm with the following characteristics:

• pulse duration as short as 600 ps
• repetition rate up to 100 kHz
• energy up to 20 µJ
• triggered up to 8 kHz
• power up to 500 mW
